The event is open to any high school student. High school students can register for this event for free. If a student requires support for travel expenses, the host will connect students with external foundations that have offered support to cover their travel expenses to the event.

The meeting will take place at the Sala de Puerto Rico, located at 84 Massachusetts Avenue, MIT Cambridge MA 02139.
